Rwanda;RGB revokes legal personality of Grace Room as an Interdenominational Ministry
Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) has announced the that it has revoked the legal personality of Grace Room as an Interdenominational Ministry due to its failure to comply with laws governing the organisation and functioning of Faith-Based Organisations.
Grace Room has been engaging in prayer-related activities that are inconsistent with its stated mission as an Interdenominational Ministry.
All organizations registered under the RGB are legally required to operate strictly within the boundaries of their approved mission and must ensure that all practices and activities are consistent with the objectives submitted at the time of registration. Deviation from these parameters will result in administrative sanctions, including revocation of legal status where warranted.
RGB reminded all Faith-Based Organisations of their obligation to uphold the integrity of their legal personality and to comply fully with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. It said that continued oversight and enforcement will be applied to ensure accountability and lawful conduct within the sector.

Karoti: Ingirakamaro ku buzima bwiza bw’amaso, amenyo, umutima, n’amagufa
Hari abantu benshi bakunda karoti, haba kuzihekenya ari mbisi ndetse no kuzirya zihiye, bakazirya kuko zibaryohera ariko batazi akamaro kazo mu mubiri w’umuntu uzirya. Ako kamaro ni ko tugiye kubagezaho.

1.Karoti zisukura amenyo ndetse n’ishinya

Karoti ni isoko nziza ya vitamine A. Iyo vitamine rero ni ingenzi cyane mu gufasha amaso kubona neza. Kuko zigira ‘beta-carotene’ igera mu mwijima igahinduka vitamine A, nyuma ikivanga n’izindi vitamine ibyo bikaba ari byo bifasha amaso kubona neza. 3. Karoti zifasha uruhu rw’umuntu kumera neza
Vitamine A iboneka muri karoti, ifasha uruhu, ikarurinda gusaza vuba. Uretse kurya izo karoti, umuntu ashobora gufata umutobe yakamuye muri karoti akawusiga mu maso nyuma akaza gukaraba. Ibyo bituma uruhu ruhora ruhehereye kandi rutoshye.
4. Karoti zirinda indwara z’umutima
Ubushakashatsi bwakozwe n’ibigo byo kurwanya indwara z’umutima (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), bwagaragaje ko indwara z’umutima zari ku isonga mu guhitana abantu muri Amerika mu 2010. 6.Karoti ifasha mu gusohora imyanda mu mubiri
Ikindi cyiza cyo kurya karoti ni uko isohora imyanda mu mubiri w’umuntu. Karoti zizwiho kugabanya ibinure bibi mu mubiri w’umuntu n’andi matembabuzi aba mu mwijima, iyo ibyo bivuyemo bituma umwijima ukora neza, bityo umubiri wose ukamererwa neza.
7.Karoti zikungahaye kuri ‘Fiber’
Fiber ni ikintu cy’ingenzi mu kugabanya umuvuduko w’amaraso n’ibinure bibi bijya mu maraso . Fiber kandi ifasha mu igogora no mu mikorere myiza y’amara, ikabuza isukari kwiyongera mu maraso.
8. Karoti igabanya ibyago byo kurwara kanseri ifata imyanya y’ibanga y’abagabo (Prostate Cancer)
Ubushakashatsi bwakozwe na Kaminuza yitwa ‘University of York’ bwagaragaje ko vitamine A na ‘retinoic acid’ biboneka muri karoti, byagabanya ibyago byo kurwara kanseri ku bagabo. 9. Karoti zigabanya ibyago byo guturika imitsi yo mu mutwe

11. Karoti zikungahaye ku butare bwa ‘Potassium’
Igikombe kimwe cy’umutobe wa karoti mbisi, kiba kirimo hafi mirigarama 400 ya potassium.Iyo Potassium ifasha umutima gukora neza, ukanatera ku rugero rukwiriye.
12. Karoti ni nziza ku buzima bw’amagufa

Dr Murangira yavuze ko ibyaha by’icuruzwa ry’abantu bihari ko kandi ukurikije imibare mu myaka itanu igaragaza uburemere bw’iki cyaha.
Yagize ati “Burya n’ubwo yaba ari umuntu umwe, ibi ntitubirebere mu mibare wenda ngo muvuge ngo imibare ni mikeya. Umuntu niyo yaba umwe, ni ubuzima bw’umuntu kandi iyo bugiye ntibugaruka.”
Hagati ya 2019-2024 imibare igaragaza ko 297 abantu bacurujwe ni.
Mu mwaka wa 2019-2020 abacurujwe bari abantu 91, hagati ya 2020-2021 hacuruzwa abantu 61, mu 2021-2022 abagizweho ingaruka zo gucuruzwa ni 41.
Mu 2022-2023 hacurujwe abantu 58 mu gihe mu mwaka wa 2023-2024 hacurujwe abantu 46.
Umuvugizi wa RIB, Dr Murangira, yavuze ko imibare igenda igabanuka, ariko ab’igitsina gore bakaba bibasirwa cyane.
Ati “Iyo urebye biragenda bigabanuka. Iyo turebye mu mibare igitsina gore ni cyo kibasirwa cyane ku kigero cya 75% mu gihe igitsinagabo ari ku kigero cya 25%.”
Abari hagati y’imyaka 18 na 30 ni benshi bacurujwe cyane mu myaka 5 ishize, aho bangana na 168 naho kuva ku myaka 18 kumanura bo ni 102. Ku myaka 30 kuzamura ni 27.
Buri tariki 30 Nyakanga hizihizwa umunsi Mpuzamahanga wo kurwanya icuruzwa ry’abantu.

RWANDA:Uwayobeje amafaranga kuri momo ashobora kuyisubiza
Sosiyete y’itumanaho mu Rwanda ya MTN yatangije ku mugaragaro uburyo bwo kwisubiza amafaranga mu gihe wayohereje ukoresheje MTN Mobile Money maze akayoba.

Rwanda: Ibitabo byifashishwa mu mashuri bigiye gutangira gucuruzwa ku isoko ry’u Rwanda
Ikigo cy’Igihugu gishinzwe Uburezi bw’Ibanze, REB, cyatangaje ko bitarenze muri Nzeri 2024 ku isoko ry’u Rwanda hazaba harageze ibitabo bitandukanye byifashishwa mu burezi ku buryo umubyeyi azaba ashobora kukigurira umwana we cyangwa amashuri yigenga akabibona ku giciro gito.
Ibitabo ni yo ntwaro ikomeye yifashishwa mu burezi haba ku mwarimu no ku munyeshuri, nyamara hashize imyaka myinshi imibare igaragaza ko ibiri mu mashuri ari bike, ahandi bakabigumisha mu tubati.
Imibare ya Minisiteri y’Uburezi igaragaza ko mu 2023 abanyeshuri bo mu mashuri abanza nibura babiri bakoreshaga igitabo kimwe, ariko nko mu isomo ry’ubumenyi n’ikoranabuhanga (SET) ho igitabo kimwe kigasaranganywa nibura abana bane.

Dr Mbarushimana yasobanuye ko mu gihe cyo gusohora ibitabo bijya mu mashuri ya Leta ari bwo n’aba bacuruza ibitabo bazajya babibona bakabigeza ku Banyarwanda bose kandi ku giciro kitaremereye.
Ati “Umubyeyi ugishaka azakibona mu buryo bworoshye, yaba n’amashuri bagakorana. Icyo gihe bizakuraho n’umutwaro twari dusanzwe dufite nka REB, kuko hari ababyeyi wabonaga bashaka kugura ibitabo ariko ntibabone aho babigurira, icyo kibazo kizaba gikemutse.”

REB igaragaza ko mu bihe byashize bakoze inyigo yo gufotora ibi bitabo bigenewe amashuri ngo bizajye bikorerwa ku mashuri aho koherezayo ibitunganyijwe basanga bihenze kurushaho. Aha basanze ibyagenda ku gitabo kimwe ari amafaranga ari hagati ya 8000 Frw na 12000 Frw mu gihe ibisanzwe bituganywa ku mafaranga atarenze ibihumbi 2 Frw.
Imibare ya Mineduc yo mu 2023 igaragaza ko amashuri ya Leta ari 1,556, afashwa na Leta ku bw’amasezerano ni 2,077 mu gihe amashuri yigenga ari 1,209.
Muri rusange abanyeshuri bose habariwemo n’abakuru ni 4,456,419. Abiga mu mashuri abanza ni 2,838,343 na ho abiga amasomo rusange mu mashuri yisumbuye ni 729,998.
